Terms and conditions of cancellation:

Cancellations up to 72 hours before the start of the booked ride or other activity are free of charge. Cancellations made 72 hours or less in advance will be charged 50% of the price and cancellations made 24 hours or less in advance will be charged 100% of the price. The times and procedures mentioned may vary due to weather conditions or force majeure. If within 48 hours the booked excursion cannot take place, 100% of the price paid will be refunded.
The excursion provider indemnifies the distributor offering these excursions from any responsibility and assumes, through the appropriate insurance, all damages that may occur and that are not due to the client’s negligence. The client must always follow the instructions of the provider and behave in accordance with the usual safety rules.
Mallorca Horses reserves the right to modify the general conditions of the contract at any time without prior notice. The provider accepts no liability for stolen or lost personal belongings of the client.
